Our Simple 3-Step Process

Step 1 - Design Phase

This phase, covering both architectural and interior design, incorporates our value engineering process to personalize our clients projects to meet their lifestyle. This process makes sure our clients have the information they need to make informed decisions during the design phase.

Step 2 - Planning & Prep

This phase, which includes the color selection process and the pre-construction meeting, addresses all the options and "what if's" that come up during the construction phase. Whether we are building an entire home or remodeling a bathroom this phase can not be skipped.

Step 3 - Construction

When the design phase and the planning & prep phases are thoroughly completed, the construction process begins. A seamless construction process is only possible by following through on steps 1 & 2.

The future of construction takes environmental and economic issues into consideration and at GB, we’re always looking for ways to include green products in the homes we build, while utilizing more efficient processes. We always consider the budget limitations of our clients, making sure we can give a client a dream home that doesn’t break the bank.
